BELIVE IN YOURSELF
1 cup almonds, ½ cup walnuts, ¼ cup cashews, ¼ cup pistachios, 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp melon seeds, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup unsweetened milk powder and ½ cup oats.
Add almonds to a pan and keep it on medium heat. Toss them well and dry roast for a few minutes until they turn aromatic. Now let them cool down for a while.
Now in the same pan, add walnuts, cashews and pistachios. Dry roast them too until they are aromatic. Now spread them on a plate and let them cool down.
Now dry roast pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and melon seeds for a few minutes. Let them cool down as well.
Now add all the ingredients to a blender along with chia seeds and blend until all the ingredients are crushed well. Keep blending in batches until you get a coarse mixture.
Sieve the coarse mixture into a bowl and mix unsweetened milk powder in the mixture.
Store the homemade protein powder in an airtight container. Mix 1-2 tbsp powder in a glass of milk and drink before your workout or gym session.
